Patient Zero

During the pandemic, artist FUTURA 2000 began a creative exploration into 3D printing—gesturing for the first time into the realm of industrial design. Core to that period of creative prototyping was the making of resin-printed FL-001 figures that were—until now— gifted exclusively to studio visitors. For FUTURA’s friend J. Balvin, the artist is for the first time selling one of these studio-exclusive figures, hand-embellished with paint, and presented in a custom-signed Pelican flight case.
