Puppet Sweatshirt

Designed by the late Virgil Abloh, this sweatshirt was part of Louis Vuitton's Spring/Summer 2021 collection, first unveiled in Tokyo. Abloh was constantly exploring the theme of streetwear as luxury, and here he elevates the classic black hoodie by adding an array of colorful puppets. The puppet motif exemplified Abloh’s fascination with incorporating "ready-made" elements into his designs, and it made a striking debut across the collection that season, leaving a lasting impression in the world of high fashion.
