Product Description

Pharrell 2002 (PitterPatter #120) This table is in reference to the Spring 2002 FADER Magazine cover shoot of The Neptunes. At this time the production duo was dominating the charts working with everyone from Jay-z to Britney Spears, and coming off of their debut record as a rock band known as N.E.R.D. The shoes used in this piece are from Pharrell’s personal collection and date back to the same era as this cover shoot. Pharrell 2014 (PitterPatter #121) This table is in reference to Pharrell’s 2014 Grammys appearance where he walked away with 4 awards including Record and Album of the Year for his work with Daft Punk. Pharrell 2021 (PitterPatter #122) This table is in reference to Pharrell sitting front row at Virgil Abloh’s Final Louis Vuitton runway show titled “Virgil Was Here”. Product Note

Pitter Patter (AKA Levi Pitters) is a NY-based artist and perpetual shoegazer. His quirky Boot-Leg stools are reflective of a dog’s-eye-view of the streets of NY,  They’re a knee-down nod to the fashion, form, and functionality of what people wear to navigate life. The stools often reference streetwear, skate, pop culture, or everyday-working-person aesthetics and have often been left throughout NY as impromptu installations – free for the taking. The three bespoke pieces that Pitter Patter created for the Just Phriends auction are constructed using a combination of Pharrell’s personal shoes, and shoes that reference significant moments in his career. A pair of red-striped Adidas Shell Toes from Pharrell’s closet were worn during a 2002 Fader Magazine cover shoot. The pair of Bee Line x Timberlands replicate the boots he wore at the 2014 Grammys, where he took home four wins. The pair of beige Balenciaga Track Sneakers are identical to the ones he rocked at Virgil’s final LV runway show in 2021. The legs and seat of each stool are complete with pants and top reflective of the referenced moments.
