JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 1993 OVA Original Production Cel – Jotaro Kujo Profile

Doused in a purple-blue palette with a slashing shadow working across Jotaro Kujo's school cap, this frame highlights the entire visual grammar of Hirohiko Araki’s Stardust Crusaders compressed into a single profile cel. A.P.P.P.’s 1993 OVA adaptation of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure was the first animated version of the manga ever produced, nearly two decades ahead of David Production’s modern 2012 television series. This cel carries shot code C-309 — the production reference that tied the painting to its exact position in the finished OVA cut as a full physical artifact that places the collector inside the pre-digital anime workflow at the most specific possible resolution.
