Dragon Ball GT Original Production Drawing – Pan & Giru (1996)

Pan is Dragon Ball’s third generation — Goku’s granddaughter, daughter of Gohan and Videl, the character Toei pushed to the front of its only original continuation of the franchise outside Akira Toriyama’s manga. This douga pairs her with Giru, the small chattering robot that attaches to the main cast across Dragon Ball GT’s opening arc as the party chases down the Black Star Dragon Balls across the galaxy. The sheet carries colored-pencil shading notes running through the figures — the handwritten paint instructions that would have told Toei’s ink-and-paint team which values belonged where across the final cel. Dragon Ball GT ran 64 episodes across 1996–1997 as a specific experiment inside the franchise: Toei continuing the story without Toriyama’s direct manga involvement, and the full physical production trail of the series sits as its own quietly collected sub-category inside the broader Dragon Ball archive.
