2000’s Hellsing Alucard Cross-Framed Grey T-Shirt

Kouta Hirano's Hellsing serialized in Young King OURs from 1997 through 2008 as the gothic-action manga about a Protestant British paramilitary organization that hunts vampires using the vampire Alucard — Count Dracula himself, bound in service to the Hellsing family — as its primary enforcer. The character's wide-brimmed red hat, round orange shooting glasses, and twin Casull-and-Jackal pistols became one of the most-cosplayed designs of the entire late-90s and 2000s goth-anime wave.
