There's a before and an after in the Chrome Hearts cross-patch story, and this crewneck is the line between them. Before: the patches were repair work — small reinforcements stitched over wear-and-tear, an honest answer to a hole in the elbow of a beloved garment. After: the patches were design, multiplied, intentional, and eventually ubiquitous across the brand's seasonal apparel program. This is the piece where Chrome Hearts crossed that line for the first time.
