A distilled expression of Sam Cox’s immersive visual language, Untitled (500 Characters) exemplifies the artist’s signature “graffiti spaghetti” style—an intricate network of looping lines, cartoon-like figures, and densely packed iconography that collapses drawing into an all-encompassing system. Executed in acrylic on canvas, the composition centers a single, helmeted figure rendered in bold black line against a blue ground, surrounded by a constellation of spontaneous marks and glyph-like forms.
