Chicago took its second straight NBA championship in June 1992, closing out the Portland Trail Blazers 4–2 in a Finals series that produced Michael Jordan's "Shrug Game" and sealed the opening three-peat. Front Pages Co. commemorated the back-to-back run through a newspaper-cover graphic styled as the "Bulls Bulletin" — the maker's signature format, which turned championship merchandise into front-page facsimile. The composition fills a heavyweight white cotton body: "Bulls Bulletin" masthead across the top with the NBA logo integrated, "CHICAGO BULLS NBA CHAMPIONS BACK TO BACK" layered in black and red block type, two silver championship trophies with basketballs balanced at the top, and a Chicago skyline silhouette anchoring the base against a graphic yellow-and-blue night sky. The years 1991 and 1992 flank the Bulls mascot at the composition's center, and a "Chicago Bulls Souvenir Edition" banner closes the frame. Front Pages tees from the first three-peat window are among the most heavily tracked championship-apparel formats on the market.
