Steven Victor is a globally recognized entertainment executive and Founder & CEO of Victor Victor Worldwide (VVW), a New York-based media company spanning a record label, film/tv division, music publishing, artists management, and sports as well as a philanthropic division, the Victor Victor Foundation.

VVW is known for discovering, developing, and representing some of today's most culturally impactful artists, creators and athletes. Their roster includes the late Pop Smoke; Japanese cultural icon, Nigo; Pusha T; Ski Mask the Slump God; boxer Gervonta Davis and skateboarder Tyshawn Jones among others. Victor began his career in the publicity department of Interscope Records before moving on to artist management. Prior to founding VVW, Victor served as COO of Kanye West's G.O.O.D Music label.
