The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, originally introduced in 1972, has become one of the most iconic watches in the world. AP has used the Royal Oak case to develop a series of Concept watches, which showcase some of the most innovative materials and complications in the world of watches. The AP Concepts are some of the most desirable watches produced over the last two decades. The reference 26265FO.OO.D002CR.01 is innovative for its carbon case with ceramic bezel and the movement having both tourbillon and chronograph complications, but also has a 237-hour, almost 10-day, power reserve. The movement is extremely complicated and features 388 components. The diameter of the watch is a significant 44mm and the thickness is approximately 16mm. With a black alligator strap and AP deployant complimenting the black case and bezel, it is a distinctive watch within the AP Concept series. Comes with box & papers.
