Black Leather Briefcase with Filigree Crosses and signed by Richard Stark

A one-of-one black leather briefcase from Chrome Hearts, finished with the maison's signature Filigree Cross motifs across the exterior and hand-signed by Richard Stark himself. The Filigree Cross is one of Chrome Hearts' most technically demanding motifs: an openwork cross with scrolling interior detail that requires more precise metalwork than the solid crosses that anchor most of the maison's silver. The embellishments application to a leather briefcase, combined with Richard's direct signature, places this piece firmly in private-commission territory. Chrome Hearts' briefcase and hard-sided leather program has always been substantially smaller than its jewelry and clothing output, which makes a signed one-off from the founder a rare artifact.
