This is another of the many examples of how NIGO and Pharell stiff-armed the style game with a new flex. While flooded Rolies and Breitlings were being waved across every other Rap City and TRL broadcast of the early aughts, Pharrell and NIGO were dropping off the cult-favorite G-Shocks at Jacob & Co. for a unique fusion of utility and luxury. One of the many G-Shocks that Jacob customized for NIGO—this one in classic G-Shock red rubber—is swathed in 14K white gold and over 4 carats of white and colored diamonds. The flood of color extends to the back of the case with more blue, white, and yellow stones, framing an interesting skull design comprised of black and white diamonds.
