This grade school size exclusive Air Max 95 "NYC" Recraft was produced as a “Look-See” sample for the NYC market, prior to any retail launch. Recraft models emphasize eco-friendly materials (at least 20% recycled content in the upper) and this "NYC" silhouette design nods to New York City's iconic yellow taxi culture.

Pulling design elements from yellow and black-checkered taxis, the pair retains the layered anatomical-inspiration of the Air Max 95 (the “muscle” side panels and “spine” midsole lines). The sample features premium textile overlays, visible Max Air units, and a specially coded "NYC" heel tag.
