A Nike production artifact: This is the Nike Zoom Kobe IV Look See sample from Nike’s mysterious Project Black/White, the unreleased 2011 run that never released to the public. Shrouded in all black, the Zoom Kobe IV is widely considered one of Kobe’s signature silhouettes — a soccer-inspired low-top with Flywire containment, Zoom Air cushioning and a Lunar Foam midsole that delivered elite court feel in a featherlight package.

The Project Black/White sample takes the Kobe IV performance architecture and strips it down to monochrome essentials, with the entire shoe crafted from black rubber and matte leather.
