This crate comes from the personal collection of Easy Otabor—founder of Anthony Gallery and long-time champion of Sachs' work. Proceeds from this sale will benefit the Rebuild Foundation, the Chicago-based, non-profit founded by artist Theaster Gates that champions cultural development through art, education, and community-driven programming on the South Side of Chicago. 

Fully assembled record crate made of pine plywood with a water-based lacquer finish and stainless steel hardware. Designed to fit standard 12” vinyl records, the piece features Tom Sachs’ signature circular cutouts and sculptural utility. Each crate includes a hand-engraved, sequentially numbered edition plate. Edition of 100.
