Celebrating the vibrancy of Brazil’s national colors, the 2001 Nike Dunk Low “Brazil” pairs green and yellow leather uppers with deep green swooshes. Released a year before Nike’s SB line launched, this model captures the brand’s growing focus on expressive, globally inspired palettes.
The bold colorway and balanced construction made it one of the standout Dunks of its era—now widely regarded as a grail among early collectors. The shoes were nicknamed “Brazil” after their bold colorway, which is officially Pine Green and Varsity Maize.
Nike Dunks were originally introduced in 1985 as basketball shoes before evolving into lifestyle icons. By 2002, Nike had adapted the Dunk for skateboarding, cementing its place in street culture. Pharrell Williams himself has a deep history with the model—collaborating with Nike in 2004 to create a limited Artist Series Dunk, released in only 1,050 pairs worldwide.
This lot is accompanied by a Certificate of Ownership verifying that the shoes are from Pharrell Williams’ private collection.
