Omega's association with James Bond is among the most enduring partnerships in the history of watchmaking. Since GoldenEye in 1995, when Pierce Brosnan first wore the Seamaster Professional Diver 300M on screen, Omega has become inseparable from the cinematic identity of 007: technical, precise, and quietly indestructible. In 2012, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Bond franchise following Dr. No in 1962, Omega introduced one of the most compelling limited editions in Seamaster history.
The present example, reference 212.30.41.20.01.005, was produced in a limited edition of 11,007 pieces—a direct tribute to Agent 007 himself. The 41mm stainless steel case is fitted with a black ceramic unidirectional diving bezel, its red "50" marking the franchise's half-century milestone. The black dial features a repeating "007" motif in subtle relief, while the caseback is engraved with the iconic gun-barrel design, complemented by the bullet-shaped rotor of the Co-Axial Caliber 2507. A helium-escape valve at 10 o'clock reinforces the watch's professional diving credentials, which include water resistance to 300 meters.
Combining cinematic history with Omega's renowned engineering, this limited-edition Seamaster stands among the most iconic and thoughtfully executed James Bond timepieces ever produced.
