When DJ AM passed away in 2009, he owned more than 800 pairs of sneakers, and these Nike 'What The Dunks' were #160 in his personal collection.
Released in 2007 and designed by James Arizumi, the What The Dunk is a celebration of the first six years of Nike SB history. Constructed as a patchwork of 31 iconic SB releases, each panel is sourced from a different highly coveted design—including the Paris, Pigeon, London, Heineken, Jedi, and many more. The result is one of the most visually striking and culturally significant SBs ever produced.
Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the dunks were owned by DJ AM.
