Original handwritten notes and lyrics by Kurt Cobain, written on stationery printed with the branding of Cataflam — a diclofenac potassium formulation produced by Ciba-Geigy (later Novartis).

Cobain's handwritten manuscripts — drafted in notebooks, on hotel paper, on whatever was to hand — have been the subject of sustained attention since his death in April 1994, and authenticated examples remain scarce. This piece is accompanied by a JSA letter of authenticity.
