NOTES:
Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania in 1965, Thom Browne is a fashion designer renowned for redefining the modern uniform, blending sharp tailoring with his signature cropped suits and gender-neutral designs. Through his innovative approach to proportion and form, Browne has transformed classic silhouettes into bold, contemporary statements defined by a distinctly American sense of craftsmanship. Browne is the Chairman of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and has received numerous accolades, including the CFDA Menswear Designer of the Year award in 2006, 2013, and 2016. His installation Thom Browne Selects was exhibited at the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum in 2016.
