Produced exclusively for the OriginalFake flagship store in Aoyama, Tokyo, this rare ceramic wall tile features a sculpted motif of interlocking “Companion” gloves, a repeating pattern created by KAWS. Rendered in white with high-relief detailing, the tile reflects the artist’s playful distortion of iconic cartoon forms into abstract ornamentation. Originally installed in the boutique interior, these tiles were gifts for the OriginalFake opening reception on May 02, 2006. This particular example is hand-signed by KAWS on the reverse.
