2000 Pokémon Gym Heroes 1st Edition Factory-Sealed Booster Box

Gym Heroes arrived in August 2000 as the first half of the Gym block, and it did something no English set had done before: it gave the cards owners. Brock’s, Misty’s, Lt. Surge’s and Erika’s Pokémon carried their owners’ names, while Team Rocket’s cards carried the organization’s. The set moved the English TCG beyond simply cataloging Pokémon and deeper into the world of the games.

Factory-sealed Wizards-era product has become difficult to find intact, and this box retains its original shrink. The value of a sealed box almost entirely depends on its condition, especially the original wrap, the seams, and the corners. Nearly a quarter-century later, this is an exemplary 1st Edition Gym Heroes box.

Contains 36 Pokémon Gym Heroes 1st Edition packs, each with 11 cards. Chase cards include 1st Edition holos of Sabrina's Gengar, Rocket's Moltres, Erika's Dragonair and more.
