Dragon Ball Z Piccolo Original Production Cel with Reproduced Background (1992)

On June 10, 1992, Dragon Ball Z aired “His Name is Cell,” the fourth episode of the Imperfect Cell Saga. In it, Cell attacks Piccolo from behind, draining the life from his left arm through his tail. Piccolo tears the ruined limb away and grows a new one. Regeneration is the ability that defines him as Namekian, but across the series’ nearly 300 hundred episodes, he is shown losing and regrowing a limb only a handful of times. This lot contains one of them.
